Welcome to our integrated working section

Our aim is to:

  • improve information sharing among practitioners
  • develop a common approach to assessment, and
  • support the new ways of working, especially in relation to multi-agency working.

CWDC also has several programmes of activity ongoing and planned for 2008-09 to further aid the implementation of Integrated Working in England.
