Making Choices in Working with Children, Young People and Adults

Information on the programme

The Making Choices in Working with Children, Young People and Adults programme replaced the original Making Choices orientation programme in October 2006. The programme has been funded by the Department for Education and Skills.

The Making Choices Orientation Programme was developed in May 1999, in response to the National Childcare Strategy, Childcare Workforce Recruitment Campaign and the Qualifications and Curriculum Authorities (QCA) framework for qualifications and training in Early Years Care & Education, and Playwork.
